• Discover the Moon Phase you are currently in by searching online. 

 

• During each of the 4 moon phases, select the corresponding playlist to help you feel the energy of the archetype and get used to the rhythm of the moon phase. 

 

• Activate your intuition and play my favorite intuitive game by opening the playlist of the current moon cycle. Then ask a question like “What message or energy will most serve me today?” and then hit “Shuffle”.  Listen and dance to the music and really feel into this intuitive guidance of the day. And if your new to intuitive practices or think you are not intuitive, here’s my best tip...Trust. Trust the guidance you are given. Trust that your internal knowing is powerful. The best way to strengthen your intuitive muscle is to trust it and practice!
