a time of balance, renewal, and new beginnings.
Spring Awakening invites you to pause, reflect, and come together as a community to intentionally mark this moment of transition.
WHAT TO EXPECT
A brief, accessible reflection on the Spring Equinox and the season of renewal
A simple community ritual where participants are invited to share and seed intentions for the season ahead
A deeply relaxing crystal sound bath led by a professional sound healing practitioner, offering space to rest, integrate, and receive
Through shared words and sound, we’ll seed intentions not only for ourselves, but for the wider community.
No prior experience with meditation, ritual, or sound healing is needed.
Participation in sharing is always optional.

with an indoor space available if needed.
