The Art Of Intentional L.I.V.I.N.G. Framework
Each class stands alone while also weaving into a deeper, cumulative journey.

Class 1: Introductory Class
Awakening to Intentional Living
This foundational session introduces the Art of Intentional Living as a seasonal and spiritual practice. We’ll explore what it means to live consciously rather than reactively, how nature’s cycles guide growth and manifestation, and how ritual transforms routine into meaning. You’ll be invited to create your own LIVING Journal and begin engaging with the journey in a way that feels supportive, grounded, and aligned, whether you attend one class or the full series.

Class 3: INTEND
Living Intention as a Practice
In this session, we explore intention as a living practice aligned with the lunar cycle. You’ll learn about the four moon phases and how to set intentions that feel grounded, flexible, and sustainable. Together, we’ll create an aligned New Moon intention rooted in clarity rather than pressure.

Honoring What Is Sacred
This class invites you to reconnect with your core values and examine how they shape your choices, boundaries, and energy. Through reflection and simple frequency awareness practices inspired by the Gene Keys, you’ll gain insight into where your life feels aligned — and where small shifts can restore integrity and ease.

Class 5: INNOVATE
Living What You Know
Insight becomes powerful when life changes.
This session is about learning how to meet change creatively...when plans shift, when clarity evolves, or when life no longer looks the way you expected. We explore innovative living as a spiritual practice: the ability to respond rather than react, to stay connected to yourself in uncertainty, and to work with change as part of your path rather than something that interrupts it.
This is where awareness becomes creative intelligence in daily life.

Class 7: GROW
Expansion Through Release
Growth unfolds naturally when listening, intention, values, and nourishment are in place. You’ll create a Tolerance Release List and be witnessed as you let it go so you can grow.

Integration & Illumination

A Space To be Fully Seen
Offerings like The Art of Intentional Living create sacred spaces where people can be fully seen, heard, and supported in their humanity. In a world that can feel disconnected, intentional living and community rooted in spiritual growth reminds us we are not meant to journey alone.
These spaces nurture healing, authenticity, and deeper connection… They help people remember their worth, reclaim their voice, and live with more wholehearted presence.

A Gentle Return To Presence
The Art of Intentional Living felt like a reminder to come back to myself. The course offered a thoughtful, grounded space to explore intentional living in a way that felt practical and meaningful.
Aurora created a calm, supportive container for reflection and sacred pause that made it feel safe to slow down, listen inwardly, and reconnect with what matters most.
What stayed with me most is that intentional living doesn’t require changing everything overnight—it’s about being more present, reflective, and aware in everyday life.

A Safe Space to Grow and Trust Myself
The Art of Intentional Living came into my life during a time of personal growth and change, and it felt deeply aligned with where I was emotionally and spiritually. It gave me a space to slow down, reflect, connect, and feel genuinely supported through that process.
I really appreciated the balance of creativity, intention setting, meaningful conversation, and community connection.
Aurora created a warm, welcoming, and safe environment that made it easy to open up and be authentic, and her perspective encouraged me to trust myself and my own growth process more deeply. I left each class feeling more grounded, inspired, and connected...to myself and to others.

Why This Work Matters
Offerings like this matter in the community because not everyone has a safe place to land. The Art of Intentional Living creates something that is becoming increasingly rare: a genuine community where people feel seen, supported, and uplifted. When people are given a safe and nurturing space to be their authentic selves...to grow, heal, and connect with like-minded individuals...the ripple effect extends far beyond the classroom and into every area of their lives.
The Art Of Intentional Living helps "people reconnect to a more intentional, connected way of living that is often forgotten in modern life, and offers tools for connection and create space for people to rise together.
